Meet your Health Coach Jennifer:

Hello, my name is Jennifer Britt, and I have been a member of RxD since January of 2013. My best friend invited me to RxD to be on her team for a fat loss challenge, and the rest is history! I lost around 24lbs. that first challenge and gained a love for strength training. The process not only helped my physical body shed fat and gain muscle, it also helped me gain mental fortitude, confidence and a passion for helping others get healthy and strong. Through the training and lessons learned at RxD, I have changed the shape and trajectory of my life as well as my family’s life. I am forever grateful!

I graduated from University of Louisville Nursing School in 1995 where I have worked in various fields from the hospital setting to in home care management. In 2019, I received my certification in Health Coaching from the Institute of Functional Medicine Health Coaching Academy. I started Inspire Health Coaching and have since been helping others identify lifestyle and behavioral changes to optimize their health and well-being. We focus on the five pillars of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress Management, and Community. It is my hope and prayer for others to gain a renewed zest for life and have the energy to go pursue the things that mean the most to them. Giving your body the nutrition it needs, in addition to movement and strength building are two vital ways we all can pursue our health goals and reach our true potential!

I have been married to my better half, Dennis, for 32 years which means I have been married longer than I haven’t! We have a handsome son, Ethan, 26, who recently married our beautiful daughter in law, Marissa, and an equally as beautiful daughter, Ellie, 24. I also have my three other “children”- Nova Ray, my black lab, and Fatty and Rocky, both tabby cats. Most of you know my most enjoyable hobby is my gym time, getting strong while socializing as well is the best! I also enjoy playing pickle ball, hiking and just being outside in general. I am an avid coffee drinker, love to read and to listen to some good country music! I am an active member at Southeast Christian Church and volunteer weekly at the Hope Health Clinic in LaGrange.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Program Begins Thursday January 16th

  • Weekly Meetings on Thursdays at 10:30AM & 6PM

  • The program will be billed $50/week for 8 weeks

  • We will offer two additional weeks at the end for make-up sessions

  • If you cannot attend the Thursday meetings, this program is offered in a one-on-one setting where times are chosen based on personal schedules
